এতদ্বারা ফহিলাতুন্নেছা মুজিব হল, হাবিপ্রবি, দিনাজপুরে অবস্থানরত সকল আবাসিক ছাত্রীদের গভীর উদ্বেগের সাথে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, হলে বিভিন্ন বৈদ্যুতিক যন্ত্রপাতি (হিটার/ রাইস কুকার/ ইন্ডাকশন কুকার) ব্যহারের নিয়ম না থাকা সত্বেও অনেকে বিভিন্ন কক্ষে তা ব্যবহার করছে। এটা কোনভাবে কাম্য নয়।  এ প্রেক্ষিতে হলের বিভিন্ন কক্ষে অবৈধ বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে বলা হলো। অন্যথায় ব্যবহারের প্রমান পেলে ব্যবহারকারীর বিরুদ্ধে জরিমানা/সিট বাতিল সহ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে।

(This is to inform all the residential students staying in Fazilatunnesa Mujib Hall, HSTU that, some of the students are using electric appliances like heaters, cookers, rice cookers, induction cookers etc which is totally illegal and punishable. From now on, no one is allowed to use such appliances in their rooms. If evidences supporting the usage of such appliances are found, the responsible student will be fined or her hall seat may be cancelled.)
